Seamless effort, no excuses, professional all the way! Shout out to Production Manager, Frank Costa, and to Gaspar, Diego (the younger), Diego, and Domingo, the boss. This was a pleasure, and my rooms are fabulous, including skylight and accent wall.
The team headed by Frank Costa was incredible. In this day and age of fly-by-night vendors who promise one thing and deliver another, Brightline is one of the few that goes above and beyond. I appreciated the level of service and emphasis on quality. My only concern was that Brightline uses third-party vendors instead of their own employees. However, the quality of oversight quickly alleviated my concerns. A significant acknowledgment goes to Frank; he is the reason I would choose to do business with Brightline again in the future.
From quote to actual job, communication was excellent and timely. All team members were very nice and represented Brightline well. I would definitely recommend too anyone needing something painted at their home.
