1. Eligibility

1.1. Offer valid for residential and commercial property owners.
1.2. Property must be located within Brightline Painting’s service areas.
1.3. Offer applies to new estimates only and cannot be used for existing proposals or previously signed contracts.

2. Project Requirements

2.1. Bonus Credit is valid only for projects with a minimum contract value of $2,500 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
2.2. Eligible services include interior/exterior painting, drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal, and all standard Brightline Painting services excluding: handyman-only tasks, power washing-only jobs, standalone color consultations, or any services subcontracted to third parties outside the Brightline service menu.
2.3. Bonus Credit applies only to projects scheduled for completion within the 2026 calendar year.
2.4. Credit may be applied across multiple approved services as long as the total contract meets or exceeds the $2,500 minimum.

3. PrePay Deposit Terms

3.1. A $500 PrePay deposit is required to secure the $500 Bonus Credit.
3.2. The deposit is applied in full to the final project invoice.
3.3. The deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to any approved project performed in 2026, including at a new residence if within the Brightline Painting service area.
3.4. Deposit does not lock the customer into colors, materials, or scope — these may be finalized during the estimate or project planning.
3.5. Deposit Expiration:
The $500 PrePay deposit and the $500 Bonus Credit both expire on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
Any unused portion after this date is forfeited with no refund or extension.

4. $500 Bonus Credit

4.1. The Bonus Credit is a promotional discount applied to the final project invoice.
4.2. The Bonus Credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
4.3. Credit cannot be transferred to another homeowner or property, except as allowed under Section 3.3.
4.4. Bonus Credit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly approved in writing by a Brightline Project Manager or Sales Representative.

5. Scheduling Requirements

5.1. Customer must schedule their free estimate within 30 days of submitting the PrePay deposit.
5.2. If Brightline Painting is unable to provide an estimate within that period, the 30-day window will automatically extend until the next available appointment.
5.3. Project start dates are based on availability in the 2025 and 2026 production calendar.
5.4. Brightline Painting will attempt to accommodate early scheduling upon request, but cannot guarantee an earlier start date.

6. Offer Limitations

6.1. Brightline Painting reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline participation if requirements are not met.
6.2. Promotion ends December 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST

6.3. Brightline Painting may modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Cancellations & Changes

7.1. If the customer cancels the project, the $500 PrePay deposit remains as a credit for any approved project in 2026, expiring December 31, 2026.
7.2. If Brightline Painting is unable to complete the project for reasons outside its control (weather, structural issues, emergencies), the deposit will be applied to the next available 2026 project window.
7.3. If the customer moves or sells the property, the deposit and Bonus Credit may be transferred to the customer’s new residence, provided it remains within the Brightline Painting service area.

8. Force Majeure

Brightline Painting is not liable for delays or inability to perform work due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, company restructuring, or business interruption.
In such cases, Brightline will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within 2026, but if performance remains impossible, the deposit may be rolled over to a comparable 2026 project or forfeited at the 2026 expiration date.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1. All estimates provided by Brightline Painting are free, no obligation, and valid for 30 days.
9.2. Standard contract terms, warranties, and policies apply to all projects.
9.3. Materials, colors, and final scope will be finalized during the estimate or contract signing.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the $500 PrePay deposit and participating in the Holiday Refresh Promo, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full, including the deposit expiration date.
