Do you offer free estimates?
Absolutely! Contact us to schedule a free, no-obligation estimate at your convenience.
Do I need to be home during the estimate?
Yes. We ask that all decision makers are present at the time of the estimate to ensure accurate, customized recommendations and pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons, but we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
When can I get the written estimate after the quote is done?
It usually takes 24–48 hours to receive your written quote via email. If not received within that time, contact us and we’ll prioritize it.
Where are you located?
Our main office is located at Unit 19, 141 Traction Street, Greenville, SC 29611. We serve the greater Greenville area and nearby counties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and bonded to protect both our clients and our team.
Do I need to be home during the project?
Not necessarily. Many clients are not home during the project. Our project management team ensures security and quality from start to finish.
How do you protect my furniture and floors?
We carefully cover all furniture, flooring, and other areas with drop cloths and plastic sheeting to keep everything protected.
What type of paint do you use?
We use premium paints from trusted brands like Sherwin-Williams but are happy to use your preferred brand.
How does Metal Framing work?
Metal framing uses light-gauge steel instead of wood. It’s lightweight, durable, and resistant to fire, warping, and pests.
Does Brightline Painting offer Acoustical Ceilings?
Yes. We use Acoustic Ceiling Tiles and Panels/Clouds. Let our estimator know if you’d like these installed.
Does Brightline Painting offer insulation?
Yes! We offer all kinds of insulation, including EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System). Call 864-432-6289 for details.
Do you offer pressure washing?
Yes, and it’s FREE! This is one of our value-added services to ensure the best finish for your project.
Can you paint over existing cabinets without replacing them?
Yes! Our cabinet painting service transforms your existing cabinets for a fraction of the replacement cost.
Do you offer additional installation services beyond painting?
Yes, we provide additional services like dryfall, hardware, and door installations. Ask us about your specific needs!
What are your other services?
